المهارات المطلوبة

Carry out day to day Administration.

Co-ordinating all general administration activities in the office.

Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions in related subjects which complies with the approved authorities and responsibilities.

Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.

Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review

Determines whether financial and internal controls are adequate to meet management objectives and makes recommendations for improvements.

Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves ...etc

Preparing SLAs for Visa process and all government related matters.

Managing programs/ projects which require knowledge to prioritizes workload to meet work unit operations.

Meet with the management on regular basis and direct the work of other classified associates in the area based on ability by communicating effectively with them.

Counsels and advice department associate on solving complex problems or issues regarding management or monitoring system.

Supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of the associates by scheduling and planning the work of administration team based on skills, and give instructions both in verbal and written communication.

Approves/authorizes expenditures or actions for administrative operational needs based on the manual of authority, and escalate matters requiring higher approval and signature.

Working with zero penalty strategy with Government, such as the expiry date for documents, visas, iqamas etc.

Reviewing all the issues referred to the department on the administrative follow-up, and submitting feedback to the relevant authority.

Experience with Government offices for all related matters.

Developing and implementing time and cost effective processes to manage Passport and Visa activities, ensuring documents are tracked and reports are available for progress monitoring.

Liaising with authorities or individuals via available channels to resolve any problems or matters concerning the Company, its operations, or Employees (including traffic accidents and police matters)

Acting as an ambassador for the Department and Company to ensure Business Visas to other countries are obtained from Foreign Embassies / Consulates (as required by the Business)

Acting as the first point of contact for senior management on all matters regarding Government Relations.
