KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / SUBSTANTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Generates visual executions that are clear, fresh and impactful
- Obsesses over quality and craft of executions
- Executes brand guideline up to the highest standards
- The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Social media posts, graphics, and animations
- Community marketing assets
- Visual assets for web and the app: visual content, updates, innovative approaches to content presentation
- Offline airport presence, POSM
- Offline design assets for internal purposes (Board decks materials, templates, employee branding projects, welcome packages, internal communications templates, digital newsletter /magazine, etc)
- HQ and office facilities assets
- Creation of artwork files and support with production, offline and, online implementation.
- Works with the marketing team and with other departments to translate their objectives into design solutions
- Builds a strong positive relationship across the organization by engaging and communicating with superiors and with peers
- Constantly develops both the conceptual understanding of digital media and the craft of producing creative content in digital
- Follows and shares the newest in digital innovation, proposes, develops, and implements ideas that innovate and engage
- Maintains high ethical standards of the team and compliance with Saudi laws, customs, and social responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of design tools and software, including animation
- Understanding of online social media ecosystem and practice
Education:- Technical degree or equivalent in a relevant field / Bachelor’s degree
Experience- 1+ years in job-related experience in design: agency, client or freelance
- Previous experience in design for digital media and e-commerce
- Strong portfolio (to be submitted with application)
Job related Skills - Good user of design tools and software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, animation and editing software)
- Ability to come up with clear concepts
- Ability to visually execute concepts with superior craft and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to deliver results
- Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to present to senior management level
- Strong technology focus
