The Role:
Manages and supports Business and Contracted Annual Travel Requests. Travel external Partners to ensure the best rates are achieved and to ensure we keep travel costs as low as possible. Is responsible for accurate reconciliation of all travel documents to Invoices and provides supporting details to the Account Payables Team to pay invoices. Will manage all the Travel external Partners engaged with flyadeal to ensure we get the best service and rates to support our business. May need to be ‘on-call’ for urgent travel requests out of hours.


  • Manages and coordinates all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of employees and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation flyadeal Team.
  • The requirement to be 'on-call' beyond normal business hours to address any needs an employee or client may have in transit
  • Exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker, and problem-solver.
  • Creates detailed itineraries using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to meet employer-specific budgets and deadlines
  • Maintains relevant files and databases
  • Manages and reconciles all Travel documents to Invoices from Travel Companies · Communicate will all depts.
  • Communicates with travel agents to ensure the best rates and accuracy of their quotes
  • Works with the Accounts Payable Team to ensure correct and timely payment of fully reconciled Invoices
  • Will work with IT to implement new online travel request processes
  • Will work with IT to develop the Staff Travel Portal
  • Will work with the compensation and benefits team to develop the Staff Travel policy
  • Will identify opportunities and work to improve all booking/reconciliation/invoicing processes ensuring automation is fully utilized
  • Bachelor Travel and tourism or Administration
  • Prefer 1-3 years of experience
  • Fluent English and perfect communication skills

  • Good with Microsoft Office
