- Design, build and maintain Commercial databases
- Provide high quality and accurate reporting to key areas of the business, including the CEO
- Lead and direct the technology strategy for business intelligence and ensure successful implementation of new technologies
- Provide regular customer segmentation analysis to identify customer trends and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain accurate and scalable business and reporting technology to ensure the Commercial and Finance departments have accurate and up to date data at all times
- Assist Marketing in segmented campaign management
- Assist the Customer Experience department in maintaining current and effective customer value algorithms and pro-active communication to ensure maximise customer retention
- Develop strong and lasting working relationships with all airline departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business
- Regularly monitor and evaluate objectives with the team to ensure that they are met
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the department in line with the company’s culture guidelines
- Take a proactive role in sharing information from own work in order to contribute to a better overall revenue strategy
- Foster a strong working relationship with all members of the Commercial team and the greater flyadeal team.
- Manage relationships with software providers to ensure all Commercial’s analytical requirements are met
- Assist all departments in understanding who the customer is in order to maximise revenue opportunities
- Give more insights into our competitors, their current performance, and future strategies which will add robustness to our analysis of new route scenarios and modelling alternative network options.
- Enable him to work on cross-departmental projects on demand.
