Job Description

(CMS Analyst) will be responsible for tactical, detailed management of website content in a Content Management System (CMS). This role also involves managing requests from internal team for maintenance of site content as well as new content initiatives are launched. This position is within our e-Commerce team but has visibility to the entire organization. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in web content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design and site management.


  • At least 2 years of experience as a digital marketing or content manager
  • Serve as primary expert on publishing content within the content management system.
  • Continually optimize content and experience through new tools and features.
  • Manage content for customer brand sites (requires working with content management software)
  • Create travel destination content for flyadeal domestic and international routes
  • Manage promotional content for the website and mobile app
  • Copy, edit and proofread all web content (in English and Arabic)
  • Quality assurance testing on published web content
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with popular content management systems (Umbraco) is a plus but not required
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking



  • Knowledgeable about CMS and marketing technologies and latest industry trends across online retail and online travel in particular
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or other web analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and web traffic acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of web optimization, A/B/multivariate testing and data-driven marketing techniques


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field


  • 2+ years in job-related experience within Content Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising role, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in digital marketing with focus on mobile in a large consumer focused organization in KSA (can be agency side)
  • Previous airline experience preferred but not required

  • Expert user of technologies that drive eCommerce
  • Good understanding of CMS, analytics, including Google Analytics
  • Consumer focus evidenced by ability to provide understanding of behaviours, drivers and attitudes of Saudi digital youth
  • Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to present to senior management
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to deliver results
