Job Description
Role Purpose
Carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of Engineering tasks flow and technical documentation logs.
Key Accountabilities
Track and update Engineering department Tasks Flow.
Track and update Engineering Documentations (Engineering Logs) – SBs Evaluation, ADs Evaluation, Engineering Orders, EOs Material Orders tracking and monitoring, Engineering Support Requests.
AD biweekly and MISR Reports tracking.
Technical Data entry on maintenance tracking system.
Analyse data and transfer it to the monthly reports format.
Dent & Buckle chart tracking and compiling.
Assist Engineering department with any other Technical administrative tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge
