Organize all the documents needed in the budgeting of the decided projects and events for implementation in coordination with Procurement to build the corporate brand image of the company.
Obtains proposals or draft promotional materials from outside vendors for presentation to marketing management to adapt draft materials to represent perceived needs of the marketplace, aligning with overall company and department’s objectives
Ownership of all brand guidelines for consistency and brilliance of brand delivery in all activities and touchpoints
Production supervision of events, airport presence and collateral, internal collateral and all other brand elements, in-flight, in media, and on the ground, both online and offline
Organize all necessary documents needed in the generation of the contracts and agreements to finalize all advertising and communication initiatives
Contribution of branding and marketing ideas to Ancillary products
