- Maintain the payment process and with strict observation of the approval limits and controls.
- Ensure update of Currency rates tables and accurate gain/loss calculations at closing for AR, AP and GL accounts.
- Perform the bank reconciliation, coordinating with bank and RA.
- Ensure appropriate levels of interest-bearing deposits and investments recordings are maintained at all times.
- Maintain interest revenue accruals and finance charge records
- Maintain a relationship with bank staff.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture, focusing on efficient ways of working for both current and new processes.
- Develop the GL and treasury teams set of tools and processes to complete the work more efficiently.
- Recommend policy and procedure improvements to Management to better safeguard company assets.
- Prepare necessary Tax reports to the concerned parties and ensure proper archiving after closing each case.
- Handle any ad-hoc requests related to Treasury and Tax transactions
