Preparation of briefs for media agencies that clearly outline content elements, objectives, audience and timing
Ongoing supervision and optimization of media performance
Managing projects to successful, high quality completion, on-time and on-budget
Proper scoping of projects to ensure any challenges and roadblocks are identified early, brought to the attention of the management and efficiently handled
Diligent and prompt handling of all necessary paperwork, including POs, invoice submissions and payments, financial reporting
Keeping track of media budget allocations and spending for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews of KPIs and overall effectiveness
Digital Media
Provides ongoing improvement and optimization of cost of acquisition from search and maximizes passenger sectors booked
Drives optimization and innovation in other channels of communication, email, push notifications and new platforms as they become available
Database monetization
Leads analysis and segmentation of the database
Develop strategies for recovery, retention and increased usage
Plans and implements specific programs: segmentation, sequencing logic and relevant content
Monitors results in order to increase effectiveness
Looks to innovate and implement best practices in database monetization
Other marketing tasks
Initiates ideas that drive acquisition of prospects into the database
Supervises media partners to assure quality implementation, rates and fees, coordinates their work with other partner agencies and suppliers
Translates organizational and departmental objectives into marketing campaigns objectives and KPIs
Works closely with other departments to translate their objectives into marketing solutions
Builds a strong positive relationship across the organization by engaging and communicating with superiors and with peers.
Maintains a productive, inspiring relationship with the agencies and vendors with an aim of delivering insightful and innovative communication with a focus on digital, social and mobile
Works with established industry partners (Google, FB, Twitter) and with the emerging partners (Snap, emerging experiential vendors, etc) to ensure the strategy stays relevant and continues to innovate
Is always on the forefront of digital innovation, proposes, develops and implements ideas that innovate and engage
Advocates and disseminates best practice, new learnings and developments across digital media, mobile and new technologies within the organization
Maintains high ethical standards of the team and compliance with Saudi laws, customs and social responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of the contemporary Marketing practice with an emphasis on digital and data
Fluency with media analytics and reporting
Practical knowledge of ROI optimization
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent in a relevant field / Master’s degree Preferred.
Experience
5-8 years in job-related experience within media or marketing
Previous experience in digital marketing with focus on mobile in a large consumer focused organization in KSA
Digital media management experience required
Previous travel or hospitality experience preferred
