Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for the oversight and surveillance of policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance controls in flyadeal manuals by reviewing all new and revised regulations, Operations Specifications, and other compliance documents such as GACA guidance, for coordination and administration of all controlled documents that are utilized within flyadeal. This position will contribute to developing, maintaining, and administering flyadeal document control program and departmental internal policy and procedures (manuals)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, amend, and control of documentations and manuals.
  • Motivate, train, and facilitate individuals and departments into compliance with set requirements and amending and maintain their policy and procedures.
  • Develop and create templates and manage requests for documentation.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date, and ensuring documents integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
  • Assisting employees with accessing documents through the document management system.
  • Establish and maintain record retention timelines.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the compliance manager
  • Designs, implements, and maintains a self-audit function to determine the level of compliance and safety in the operation departments and to use the information gained to correct faults and refine best practices.

Requirements:

  • Civil aviation regulation, IATA and ICAO SARPs
  • Bachelor’s degree, Aviation Diploma, or pilot license
  • IATA / ICAO course preferred Experience
  • 5 years airlines related is preferred
  • Oversight, Analytical and problem-solving skills
