Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in SMS implementation.
Conduct two LOSA flights per a week.
Trend creation and analysis of Audit out-come.
Prepare monthly LOSA Report that includes findings, root causes, contributed factors, recommended corrective action
Conduct and participate effectively in Flight Operation Audit.
Participate effectively with FDAP event analysis and validation.
Conduct and participate effectively in Safety Investigations.
Participate effectively in periodic/spot (operational) inspection programs/line Operations Safety Audits as deemed necessary.
Ensures establishment of two-way communication with the reporters and their respective Operational Divisions as deemed appropriate.
Safety Communication means across the airline such as Safety Newsletter, Website, Bulletins, Workshops, etc. to propagate safety information and to enhance safety awareness across the airline.
Identify risk/hazard associated with operations.
Conduct Risk Assessment.
Develop and improve safety related processes and procedures.
Establish new processes and procedures as required.
Requirements:
B.S in Aviation, Safety Related Certificates including SMS / FDM / LOSA
1 year of experience as LOSA
3 year experience as Cabin crew
SMS / FDM / LOSA
